Scope

This document stipulates the accounting boundaries, activity level data, accounting methods, uncertainty analysis, data quality management, carbon emission reporting and file format for carbon emission accounting of waste tire/rubber pyrolysis enterprises. This document is applicable to the accounting of carbon emissions of manufacturing companies that use thermal cracking methods to process waste tires/rubber.
