Scope

This standard specifies the principles and methods for disease prevention and treatment of Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheirsisensis) (commonly known as river crab, hereinafter referred to as river crab). This standard is applicable to the disease prevention and control of crabs cultured in ponds. Crabs cultured in rice fields and crabs cultured in lake fences can also be implemented with reference.
