- This standard specifies the items, requirements and methods for conducting atmospheric corrosion tests on materials and products and observing ground meteorological factors. This standard is applicable to the observation and measurement of ground meteorological factors at the test site during environmental corrosion tests of various materials and products. The regulations for atmospheric exposure corrosion tests not included in this standard shall be governed by the "General Rules for Atmospheric Corrosion Tests of Materials Environmental Corrosion Test Procedures".
