Scope

This document determines the basic requirements and technical requirements for the planning and design of medium and low voltage DC distribution networks, and stipulates the basic content of the planning and design of primary and secondary systems. This document is applicable to the planning and design of newly built, expanded and renovated DC power distribution systems with voltage levels of ±50kV and below.
