Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of cutting oils without sulfur, phosphorus and chlorine additives. This standard applies to cutting oils with non-artificial addition of sulfur, phosphorus, and chlorine additives, except for the introduction of uncontrollable factors such as production and pipeline transportation.
