This document stipulates the content, procedures, methods and technical requirements for long-term supervision of safe utilization of soil after remediation. According to the risk characteristics of the remediated soil, management measures and requirements for safe utilization are proposed from the aspects of transfer, temporary storage, and utilization. For three utilization methods, including underfill utilization, green utilization, and building material utilization, the safety of the remediated soil is proposed. Using long-term environmental monitoring objects, locations, cycles and frequencies, data statistics and analysis, and institutional control measures, the conditions and measures for long-term supervision result evaluation and response are clarified.
