This standard was developed in order to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China and standardize the performance indicators of continuous automatic monitoring systems for volatile organic compounds from fixed pollution sources. This standard is applicable to the application selection, performance inspection and acceptance of continuous automatic monitoring systems for volatile organic compound emissions from fixed pollution sources (interference-amplified reflection method).
