Scope

This document specifies the dimensions and gauges for two-pole and two-pole appliance couplers with earthing contacts. This document applies to two-pole and two-pole appliance couplers with earthing contacts, which are used for: --- connecting electrical equipment for household or similar purposes to the mains supply; and --- interconnecting the power supply to appliances or equipment ; --- and the size of the gauge.
