Scope

This document specifies the reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating steps, and result analysis of the droplet digital RT-PCR detection method for feline calicivirus (FCV). This document is applicable to the detection of feline calicivirus nucleic acid in nasopharyngeal swabs, oral swabs, and eye secretion swabs infected with feline calicivirus.
