This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of children's passenger bicycle trailers (hereinafter referred to as "trailers"). This document applies to bicycle trailers that can transport up to two passive child passengers (the maximum weight of any one does not exceed 22 kg), and the children should be able to sit up on their own, and the maximum allowable weight (including passengers) does not exceed 60 kg. Note: Not suitable for trailer bicycles (carrying one or two pedaling riders, usually children, with a hitch that can be attached to the rear of the bicycle) and for professional use or with one wheel (monorail trailer) Trailers suitable for transporting heavy loads other than children.
