Scope

This standard specifies the process, methods and reporting specifications for carbon dioxide emission information reporting by petroleum processing and ethylene production enterprises. This standard applies to the carbon dioxide emissions generated by the entire process or part of the production links of petroleum processing and ethylene production enterprises, and the reporting of carbon dioxide emission information.
