This document stipulates the terms and definitions, basic principles, risk scores, grade assessments, and grade adjustments for food safety risk grading of catering service providers. This document is applicable to the internal assessment of the food safety risk classification of catering service providers, and also applies to the external assessment of the food safety risk level of catering service providers by food safety regulatory authorities, industry associations and other parties. Note: If a chain catering service provider or group company involves operations in multiple locations, each business location should be risk classified separately.
