Scope
3.1 Guizhou tea brewing method - Guizhou tea brewing adopts a tea brewing method that uses high water temperature, pours more tea, makes soup quickly, separates tea and water, and does not wash the tea. 3.2 High water temperature boiling water, use it immediately after boiling. 3.3 Add more tea to water ratio of 1:25-1:38, that is, 4g-6g tea, 150ml water for brewing. 3.4 Quick soup dispensing starts from the time of water filling. For the brewing time of different tea types, please refer to the "Brewing Parameter Recommendation Table". 3.5 Separation of tea water: Separate the tea soup from the leaf bottom and drink it. 3.6 Do not wash the tea. After putting the dry tea into the cup, do not wash the tea. Make the soup directly for drinking.
