What is BS EN ISO 19011:2002? BS EN ISO 19011:2002 gives best practice recommendations on quality assurance systems and environmental management. It gives guidance on quality auditing, managing audit programmes, conducting quality management system audits and environmental management system audits. The standard also looks at the competence of quality and environmental management system auditors. It applies to all organizations that need to do and manage internal or external audits more effectively.
