Scope

This document specifies the basic operational requirements for the isolation and purification of fecal bacterial samples derived from donor feces under clean laboratory conditions at biosafety level II and above. This document is applicable to the preparation, washing and purification of fecal bacteria samples in clean laboratories of state-approved hospitals.
