This standard stipulates the unit comprehensive energy consumption limit and calculation method for rice wine brewing, rice wine filling and rice wine by-products (65° slag roasting) during the production process of rice wine production enterprises. This standard is applicable to the calculation and evaluation of energy consumption of the production energy system of rice wine production enterprises produced through fermentation and brewing.
