Scope

This document defines the concept of usability of banking application systems, specifies the levels and description methods of components and elements of each family of usability category, and the identifiable family, learnability family, operability family, user Non-functional requirements templates for error-proofness families and user-interface comfort families. This document is applicable to the description of ease-of-use non-functional requirements for various application systems in the banking industry.
