Scope: This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of spark plugs and glow plug sleeves. This standard is applicable to manual sockets for installing and disassembling spark plugs and glow plugs (hereinafter referred to as "sleeves"). Note: Appendix A is the recommended transmission mode for spark plugs and glow plug sleeves.
