Scope

This document specifies the control scope, functional requirements, interface requirements, user permission setting requirements, and control process for the sequence control of relay protection equipment in smart substations. This document is applicable to smart substations with voltage levels of 220kV and above. Voltage levels of 110kV and below shall be implemented accordingly.
