This standard specifies the terms and definitions, design stage evaluation, construction stage evaluation and scoring methods of civil building material saving evaluation. This standard is applicable to the preliminary evaluation and comparison of the level of material saving in the design and construction stages of civil buildings, and can also be used for the evaluation of the material saving part of green buildings.
