- This part of GB/T36805 specifies the method for testing the tensile properties of plastic materials over a wide strain rate range using a high-speed tensile machine. This section is applicable to tensile tests with tensile speeds above 10mm/s. NOTE: The wide strain rate range encompasses high strain rates at rates that approximate those seen in impact loading situations.
