1.0.1 This regulation is formulated in order to standardize the application of HS prefabricated aerated concrete composite insulation exterior wall panels, ensure safety, application, advanced technology, economical and reasonable performance, and ensure project quality. 1.0.2 This regulation is applicable to the design, construction, acceptance and maintenance of HS prefabricated aerated concrete composite insulation exterior wall panel projects for civil and industrial buildings in areas with a seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees and below. 1.0.3 The design, construction, acceptance and maintenance of HS prefabricated aerated concrete composite insulation exterior wall panels, in addition to complying with this regulation, should also comply with the relevant national, industry and Shandong Province current standards.
