This standard specifies the use conditions, technical requirements, main component requirements, inspection and test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pure electric urban rail locomotives. It is suitable for the design, manufacturing and inspection of pure electric rail locomotives with 1435mm standard gauge and powered by lithium-ion, nickel-hydrogen batteries and other batteries. The locomotives are used for traction operations such as urban rail transit construction, transportation, maintenance, and shunting.
