This document specifies the terms and definitions, equipment and requirements, sample and preparation, test process and result evaluation for the bake-out resistance test of the conductive functional coating in the fusion reactor vacuum chamber. This document is suitable for evaluating the service stability of conductive functional coatings with a thickness not exceeding 10 microns under high-temperature baking and degassing conditions in fusion reactors. Other thicknesses can also be used for reference.
