Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions for use, packaging, transportation, and storage of portable mobile power supplies (hereinafter referred to as mobile power supplies) such as mobile phones, laptop computers, and digital cameras (hereinafter referred to as mobile power supplies). This standard applies to mobile power supplies with an input voltage not exceeding 250V, an output voltage not exceeding 36V, and an output current not exceeding 5A.
