Scope

This standard specifies the power performance bench test method and the energy consumption bench test method for hybrid systems of electric passenger vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. This standard is applicable to bench testing of hybrid systems of M1 electric passenger vehicles with a maximum total mass not exceeding 3500kg and a maximum design speed greater than or equal to 80km/h.
