This standard applies to soy sauce produced from soybeans (or defatted soybeans) and wheat (or wheat flour) using a high-salt dilute fermentation process (or solid-dilute fermentation process). It does not apply to various types of soy sauce products that have been processed and remade based on this standard soy sauce.
