This document specifies the raw materials and production process, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of epichlorohydrin epichlorohydrin by-product 2,3-dichloropropene. This document applies to 2,3-dichloropropene produced through a synthesis reaction using 1,2,3-trichloropropane recovered from the epichlorohydrin unit as the main raw material, and is mainly used as a raw material for industrial synthesis.
