Scope: This document specifies the technical requirements for livestock and poultry manure monitoring program formulation, monitoring items, sampling locations, sample collection, sample transportation and handover, sample preparation and storage, and quality control, and describes the test methods and verification methods for livestock and poultry manure monitoring. This document is applicable to the monitoring of the collection, treatment and resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure. This document is not applicable to the monitoring of commercial organic fertilizers.
