- This document stipulates the technical requirements and inspection methods for apples supplied to Xiamen Food. This document applies to fresh apples (Malusdomestica Borkh.), including Fuji series, Marshal series, Golden Delicious series, Jala series, Granny Smith apple, Jonagold, Qinguan, Guoguang, Huaguan and other major apple varieties, and others not included Varieties can be implemented as a reference. Exceptions are apples for processing.
