Scope
This method does not pretreat the technical ceramic samples, but directly measures them using the HPGe energy spectrometer to obtain the characteristic γ-ray full energy peak position and net peak area of the sample. According to the energy scale, the type of γ radioactive nuclide can be qualitatively identified. According to the passive The all-energy peak efficiency coefficient, γ-ray emission probability, sample mass (or volume) and other correction parameters fitted by the efficiency scale method can be used to quantitatively calculate the γ radionuclide activity concentration in the sample.
