Scope: This document provides guidelines for the construction of switchgear digital workshop operation management model, production planning and scheduling model, production line operation model, material distribution model, equipment management model, quality inspection model, product manufacturing model, process model and safety model. This document is applicable to guide the construction of the operation management model of the digital assembly workshop for gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear of 72.5kV and above and 3.6kV~40.5kV metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment. Other switchgear can be implemented as a reference.
