This document specifies the electrochemical treatment process and methods of niobium-titanium superconducting cables for magnetic confinement nuclear fusion devices, including nickel removal, ultrasonic cleaning (I), surface activation, tin plating, ultrasonic cleaning (II), surface drying, and plating Inspection and packaging. This document is applicable to superconducting cables made of niobium titanium (NbTi). With appropriate adjustments, it can be applied to other types of superconducting cables or electrochemical treatment of copper surfaces.
