- This standard specifies the determination method for the content of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ethers in paper, cardboard and paper products - high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry. This standard applies to the determination of octylphenol ethoxylates and nonylphenol ethoxylates in paper, cardboard and paper products. Paper pulp can also be used as a reference. The detection limit of octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether in this standard is 0.3 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 1.0 mg/kg.
