- This document specifies the requirements for nucleic acid detection techniques that are generally applicable in the diagnostic procedures for Taura syndrome. For Taura syndrome virus (t aur as romev i rus, TSV), the reagents or reagents required for the RT-PCR detection method are given. Materials, instruments and equipment, samples, test procedures and judgment of ynd results. This document is applicable to the qualitative detection of TSV in samples of different life stages of prawns for the epidemiological investigation, diagnosis, quarantine and monitoring of Taura syndrome.
