Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for fruit and vegetable production enterprises to establish and implement food safety management systems, including terms and definitions, human resources, prerequisite programs, key process control, product inspection, product traceability and withdrawal. This standard applies to enterprises that grow, harvest, clean, package and store fruits, vegetables and edible fungi.
