Scope

This document specifies the requirements for the recycling of waste lead-acid batteries, pollution control requirements, comprehensive energy consumption, safety production and occupational health management, as well as emergency plans and personal protection management. This document is applicable to the regeneration treatment of lead-containing waste generated in the production process of waste lead-acid batteries and lead-acid batteries, and the regeneration treatment of waste lead-carbon batteries can be implemented by reference.
