- This standard is formulated in order to strengthen the quality management of rail transit equipment installation projects in Beijing, unify the acceptance of construction quality of rail transit equipment installation projects in Beijing, and ensure project quality. This standard is applicable to the acceptance of construction quality of rail transit equipment installation projects such as new construction, reconstruction, and expansion in Beijing. Anything not specified in this standard shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national, industry, and local current mandatory standards. As the main body of project construction quality control, the construction unit should control the entire process of project construction quality. The construction unit, supervision unit, survey and design unit and other parties should control the project quality during the construction phase in accordance with the requirements of relevant regulations. Project construction should implement the sustainable development strategy of the national economy, do a good job in environmental protection and other tasks, make rational use of resources, and achieve civilized production and safe construction. The data obtained from the inspection and testing of project quality should be true, reliable, complete and standardized, and fully reflect the quality status of the project. The methods, instruments and equipment used should comply with current national standards, and the testing unit or laboratory must have corresponding testing qualifications.
