Scope
This standard specifies the quality and hygienic requirements for finished crab paste (crab sauce). This standard applies to fresh swimming crabs as raw materials. It is a processed aquatic product made by washing with water, removing crab shells, gills and the ends of crab legs, adding salt and crushing.
