This guideline applies to: new construction, reconstruction, and expansion projects of hospitals and public health institutions with an estimated investment budget of more than 50 million yuan or a construction area of more than 10,000 square meters. Other types of projects are available for reference. This guide is intended to provide guidance for the entire process application of BIM technology in medical construction projects and cannot replace BIM technology application standards. If there is any conflict with national and local policies and standards, the latest policies and standards shall prevail.
