- This document proposes safety management requirements for chemical enterprise contractors in terms of contractor selection, safety protocols, factory (field) entry management, start preparation, construction safety, assessment and evaluation, etc. This document is applicable to the safety management of units undertaking new (renovation, expansion) project construction, inspection and maintenance operations, and engineering technical services in chemical enterprises. The safety management of temporary or short-term contractors can be implemented with reference to this.
