Scope: This standard specifies the credit principles for providing digital products to consumers through online transactions, as well as basic credit requirements for operators, transaction security, transaction integrity, and customer personal information and privacy protection. This standard applies to self-operated websites that provide consumers with digital products, third-party platforms and the integrity and self-discipline of digital product providers within the platform, credit management and third-party evaluation. Note: In this standard, *self-operated website” and “third-party trading platform” are collectively referred to as “trading platform”.
