Scope

This document establishes the content and depth of the guidelines for the preparation of feasibility study reports for oil pipeline engineering projects, and stipulates the document format. This document is suitable for the preparation of feasibility study reports on new onshore crude oil and refined oil long-distance pipeline projects. The reconstruction and expansion project shall be implemented accordingly.
