This document stipulates the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection methods, labeling, packaging, storage and transportation of dried animal aquatic products for food supply to Xiamen. This document applies to prepackaged non-ready-to-eat dried animal aquatic products. This document does not apply to dried algae products and ready-to-eat dried animal aquatic products.
