This standard specifies the basic requirements for reproductive health consulting service agencies, service organization requirements, documents and records, service implementation, safety management, inspection and internal review, disposal of substandard services and service improvement, disputes and complaints. This standard is applicable to reproductive health consulting service institutions to standardize their construction and daily management. It is also applicable to certification agencies implementing reproductive health consulting service certification activities, or seeking confirmation of their compliance from relevant parties (such as industry associations). This standard does not apply to medical clinical diagnosis and treatment services.
