Scope

This document specifies the general requirements, design requirements and process requirements for electrostatic protection of spacecraft. This document is applicable to electrostatic protection in the process of system-level design, production, assembly, assembly, integration, testing, experimentation, transportation, filling, and docking of spacecraft such as satellites, spacecraft, space stations, and deep space probes.
