This specification defines a protocol binding the Mca and Mcc primitives (message flows) to the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. The content of this specification is as follows: a) The method by which a CSE or AE connects to a Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) component; b) The method by which the initiator (CSE or AE) formulates a request as a Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) message and delivers it to the intended recipient. Method; c) The method by which the receiver listens for incoming requests; d) The method by which the receiver develops and transmits a response.
