Scope

This standard specifies the classification, ordering content, size, shape, weight and allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of stainless steel small diameter seamless steel pipes. This standard applies to stainless steel seamless steel pipes (hereinafter referred to as steel pipes) with a nominal outer diameter not exceeding 6 mm for general purposes such as aerospace, electromechanical, instrument components, and medical needle tubes.
