- 5.1 Appearance 5.1.1 The appearance of the diaphragm should comply with the requirements in Table 1. 5.1.2 The appearance of the film roll should comply with the requirements in Table 2. 5.2 Dimensions 5.2.1 Thickness deviation shall comply with the requirements of Table 3. 5.2.2 The width deviation shall comply with the requirements of Table 4. 5.2.3 Curvature Curvature ≤4mm/m. 5.3 Physical properties 5.3.1 The physical properties of polyolefin separators should comply with the requirements in Table 5. 5.3.2 The physical properties of ceramic-coated diaphragms shall comply with the requirements of Table 6. 5.4 Electrical properties 5.4.1 Electrical strength Minimum electrical strength ≥ 30V/μm, average electrical strength ≥ 50V/μm 5.4.2 Ionic conductivity meets the requirements of both supply and demand parties.
