Scope

This specification is formulated in order to promote high-quality and sustainable development of urban and rural heating, protect people's personal, property and public safety, achieve stable heating, save energy, and protect the environment. Heating projects in cities, towns, and rural areas must implement this specification. This specification does not apply to the following engineering projects: 1. Thermoelectricity, biomass heating, nuclear energy heating, solar heating plants and other factory engineering projects; 2. Instantaneous and secondary coordinated domestic hot water supply projects in heat user buildings. , Production heat engineering project. The heating project should aim at achieving safe production, stabilizing the energy efficiency of the heating station, and protecting the environment, and should follow the following principles: 1. Comply with national policies on energy, ecological environment, temple land utilization, and emergency management; 2. Protect people, property, and Public safety; 3. Use modern information technology to encourage technological innovation in book processes; ensure the quality of project construction and improve the level of operation and maintenance. Whether the technical methods and measures used in project construction meet the requirements of this specification shall be determined by the relevant responsible entities. Among them, innovative technical methods and measures should be demonstrated and comply with the relevant performance requirements in this specification.
